Cupping & Bodywork

Cupping and bodywork therapies are designed to help release muscle tension, improve circulation, support recovery, and promote overall balance within the body. Treatments may incorporate a combination of traditional fire cupping, therapeutic bodywork, gua sha, stretching, and soft tissue techniques based on each patient’s individual needs.

Traditional fire cupping uses specialized glass cups and therapeutic suction to help increase circulation, release areas of tension and stagnation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Gua sha and bodywork techniques may further help improve mobility, reduce muscular restriction, and relieve stress held within the tissues.

These therapies are often integrated with acupuncture and other holistic treatments but may also be scheduled as stand-alone sessions for focused muscular and therapeutic support.
